DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE?
We prefer you book online, but we can book you in over the phone. We accept prepaid reservations through our online booking service using a debit or credit card. Our online booking system requires just 1 person’s payment in advance in order to secure the room for your group. The other members of your group will pay when they arrive with credit/debit card, or cash. You can book up to 1 hour before a game starts. Sorry, we do not accept walk-ins.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Yes, Children age 13 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult per game. Please be aware that many of the puzzles require a higher level of thinking. Younger children (8 and below) may not understand how to find solutions to games. It is up to you, the guardian, to decide whether escape games are right for them.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time as events start promptly.
WILL I BE IN A ROOM WITH PEOPLE I DON’T KNOW?
No. Many escape rooms book rooms until full, making it possible that you will be sharing the experience with strangers if your group is smaller than capacity. That is not the case here at Escape Hour. When you book, it is your group's room and no others will be with you.
ARE THERE CAMERAS IN THE ROOMS?
Yes. We use cameras to monitor the game, give you clues, and to ensure that you have a great time.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS INSIDE THE ROOM?
No. You may have your phones inside the room, but we ask that you don't take pictures or videos to preserve the integrity of the game.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE THE ROOM? WHAT HAPPENS IN AN EMERGENCY?
We suggest that you use the restroom and not contact the outside world for the hour of game play. However, our room doors are not locked so you may leave and come back in when you are able to. We will not stop the clock though.
DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
No, we do not give refunds, but we can reschedule your time so that you can still visit us when it is convenient for you. Please make sure you notify us 24 hours before your scheduled time so that we can reschedule you.
